Auto Group of Louisville truly goes above and beyond. They don’t just work with you — they show up for you. Huge shout-out to Edgar and Jeremie, who I’ve purchased three vehicles from over time. Every car has been great quality, and the process is always smooth, honest, and stress-free. This is the only dealership that makes me feel confident and comfortable buying a vehicle. Came in, knowing what I wanted, and they made it happen. All the staff worked together as a team, and actually care about their company, the product, and the customer. They checked and directly called lenders to find the best interest rate. Add-ons were available, but there was no real pressure for those. I highly recommend checking out the high quality inventory on their website.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I bought a 2017 Ford Escape with a warranty. @ about 90 day the head cracked. The repair was going to be an engine replacement. Ross my salesman offered me the option of fixing my SUV or swapping it out for a newer on with less miles for basically the same price. Thank you

I was looking for an EV before the government subsidies ended. I had called probably 15-20 dealers to ask about cars they had advertised. Every dealership had either "sold the car that day", didn't have it (but come in we can help you), or had so many fees and extras added that the advertised price was nowhere near the advertised price. I called Auto Group and talked to Jeramie, the price advertised matched what he told me, he answered all my questions, no pressure or pushing a bunch of add ons, and helped walk me through the purchase. The price advertised was very competitive and fair. They shipped the car to me, it was as advertised, I am really happy with the experience. I wish more dealerships worked like these guys do. Jeramie and Asheel are great. Next time I'm looking for a car I'm going to start with these guys.
