Jeramie went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing less than perfect. Even though I purchased a few states away, the professionalism and courteous customer service was unmatched by any of my vehicle purchasing experiences. He provided genuine and honest support, my family and I are forever grateful to him and the entire dealership team, we will come back for more excellent vehicles!

Easy, no-pressure lot. Friendly and down-to-earth staff. Bought a used Honda minivan from them and very pleased with the experience. Jeramie was great to work with and responsive after the sale to answer questions about getting title in my home state (not KY). If you're looking for slick high $$ dealership with lots of overhead, then this isn't your place. But if you want a nice used car at a good price then would highly recommend.

Didn't buy a car, but have been shopping at tons of dealers and it was very low stress, laid back. JERAMIE BROWN was super helpful understanding and really listened to what I had to say. Will be looking at their inventory for my next vehicle

Autogroup of Louisville was able to put me in a beautiful Mercedes Benz E-Class after the bad weather which had totaled my BMW . They were fast , patient and went above and beyond to get me qualified. Definitely ask for Jeremy and tell him Lu sent ya! Thanks 🙏

I had a truly GREAT experience here! Jeremy was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth, especially for my first time buying a car. He was friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions. Further, he was very accommodating, even with the challenging weather conditions. Edgar was also great—he helped me get familiar with the car’s tech features. Both were fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this place to family and friends!
